Russound continues to expand its award-winning line of A-BUS Multi-Room audio products. The A-H1 Audio Source Interface Hub provides a cost-effective solution to connecting an A/V receiver to an A-BUS system when using a Russound structured wiring hub (i.e. the A-H4P). The A-H1 is typically located near the A/V receiver and is wired to the line level outputs of the. The A-H1 provides four IR emitter mini jacks for local component source control. A 12 volt status receiver input jack is a feature that allows the user to tell when the A/V system is turned on (This feature requires a Russound 846C power supply). The A-H1 connects to the A-H4P via standard CAT-5 structured wiring. The A-BUS connection carries the audio, IR and status/control information. This is then distributed over the keypad outputs on the A-H4P to amplified keypads and speakers. As many as four rooms (zones) can be connected to each A-H4P. Additional rooms (zones) can be connected by linking additional A-H4P’s.
The A-H2 is an A-BUS 2-room, 1-input audio distribution Hub used with A-BUS Amplified Modules. The A-H2 can be surface mounted and hidden behind any audio receiver / source component. The A-H2 is easily expandable and simple to connect. All A-BUS systems require an A-PS, A-BUS Power Supply, to operate and supply the A-BUS system components with power.
The A-H4 is an A-BUS 4-room, 1-source Audio Distribution Hub used with A-BUS Amplified Keypads and Amplified Volume Control Modules, models A-KP2 and A-VC2. All A-BUS systems require an A-PS, A-BUS Power Supply, to operate and supply the A-BUS system components with power.
The A-H484 is an A-BUS 4-zone, 8-room, 4-source Audio Distribution Hub. Using the IR-repeating in the A-KP2 Amplified Keypad Module and the A-LRC-1 hand held A-BUS remote, the A-H484 allows each of 4 zones to independently select any of 4 audio sources connected. Each of the 4 zones can support 2 Amplified Keypad Modules, making it possible to create an 4- zone, 8-room system.
The A-H4D is a flush-mount, Decora™ A-BUS 4-room, 1-source Audio Distribution Hub used with A-BUS Amplified Keypads and Amplified Volume Control Modules, models A-KP2 and A-VC2. All A-BUS systems require an A-PS, A-BUS Power Supply, to operate and supply the A-BUS system components with power. The A-H4D can be expanded using an A-BUS expansion Hub, A-H4DX, in order to increase the number of rooms in a system.
The A-H4Dx is an A-BUS 4-room audio expansion Hub used to expand the A-H4D from the 4 amplified keypad or volume control modules to an 8-room system. The typical system would consist of an A-H4D, A-PS and up to four A-BUS amplified modules. Every A-H4DX requires an additional A-PS A-BUS power supply to operate the additional four amplified keypads or volume control modules.
The A-H4P is a panel-mount, four-zone one-source hub designed primarily for installation in standard structured wiring panels. Used with the Russound A-H1, the A-H4P provides a highly affordable structured wiring solution for a single-source A-BUS system to distribute audio to as many as four zones. The A-H4P connects to A-BUS keypads (A-KP2 and A-VC2) via 110 punchdown connectors. The number of zones can easily be expanded with additional A-H4P hubs via the RJ-45 linking connectors. The A-H4P is powered by a Russound model A-PS power supply (not included).

As inconspicuous as a light switch, the A-K3 complements your décor. Its built-in amplifier powers your room speakers directly, or you can use its line outputs to feed an external amplifier or powered subwoofer.
The A-K3 works with any A-BUS hub or controller, as well as with A-BUS-ready receivers and A-BUS subzones on multiroom controllers.
